Kirk Herbstreit is an American sports analyst and former college football player, best known for his work as a commentator for ESPN’s College GameDay and college football broadcasts. Born on 19 August 1969 in Centerville, Ohio, he played quarterback for the Ohio State Buckeyes while attending Ohio State University. After completing his playing career, Herbstreit established himself as a prominent college football analyst, providing game commentary and expert insights. He has also worked as an NFL analyst for Amazon Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football.
